From a great idea
to a great space.
Quintus is a design and project delivery consultancy. We bridge strategy, design intent, documentation and execution.
We help retail and customer-facing brands translate their vision into spaces. Spaces that can be consistently delivered across locations, teams and contractors.
From design development and BIM to construction documentation, rollout management and site coordination, we reduce ambiguity, rework and execution risk.
We make sure the design survives the journey from concept to reality.
- Listen, and define what must stay true.
- Develop the design into documented decisions.
- Coordinate delivery until the space is built.
- Learn, refine, and repeat across locations.
